What work can i expect to be done?

Any household chores ranging from basic cleaning and tidying to cleaning ovens, fridges, making beds, changing bed linen, washing and even the dreaded ironing. The amount of work accomplished depends on how much time is allocated and the attention to detail required.

How often can i have a service?

You can choose from a weekly, fortnightly or daily service. One off services are also available.

Do i need to be home when a cleaner services my home?

No, but its important to arrange a meeting with your cleaner to discuss your cleaning needs prior to your first service. You will also need to arrange for the cleaner to have access to your home.

Are all of your cleaners screened for suitability?

Absolutely! Our recruitment process includes face to face interviews, identification checks, work history and background checks and we also ask all of our cleaners to undergo a police check.

How do i pay for the service?

By cash to the cleaner on the day of service. Payment via bank deposit can be organised but you must discuss this with us when making your booking.

What if i need to change the scheduled cleaning?

Can i change my cleaner if i am unhappy?

Yes, just give us a call and a replacement will be arranged courteously and discreetly.

Do i need to supply cleaning products and equipment?

We prefer to use your own cleaning products and equipment for hygiene reasons but we can arrange to supply everything for you if required.
